My love of health and fitness is what inspired me to become holistic nutritionist student, a certified nutrition coach and create my blog, Eat. Move. Live. I have always known the value of leading a healthy lifestyle, but acquiring the know-how to do so hasn't always been an easy task. Luckily, being hungry for knowledge means that the road to healthy living has been half the fun. It's my own journey that further fuelled my passion and allowed me to create Lindsay Mundy Nutrition.
