Hi, I'm Lindsay. My love of health and fitness is what inspired me to become a certified nutrition coach, holistic nutritionist student and create the blog, Eat. Move. Live. I have always known the value of leading a healthy lifestyle, but acquiring all of the know-how to do so hasn't always been an easy task. Luckily, being hungry for knowledge means that the road to healthy living has been half the fun. It's my own journey that further fuelled my passion and allowed me to create Lindsay Mundy Nutrition.
By far, becoming a mother has been my biggest adventure to date. Nothing puts life in perspective quite like bringing a child into the world. I am incredibly blessed to have two beautiful children, Ayla and Austin. And although they take up most of my time and energy these days, I wouldn't have it any other way. Life's many twists and turns means that we are all constantly evolving. As our family grew, I found my own health interests shifting away from aesthetic goals and athletic performance and towards the pursuit of long-term health. I became deeply invested in creating a home that supported the optimal health of my children.
After my first maternity leave, I was really ready to pour back into my personal development and take my nutrition training to the next level. So, because I must be a little crazy, I began the journey of becoming a holistic nutritionist. As a full-time teacher and mom, balance and planning became the name of the game!
Beyond anything, I look forward to watching my children grow, teaching them the value of good food, mental and physical self care, and that optimal health often begins with how we fuel our bodies.
